Booth fee includes: Advanced registrant listing, post-show attendee list, company listing in on-line floor plan, identification sign, 8' draped back wall and 3' high draped sidewalls, company listing in onsite program, 24-hour security service for duration of the exhibit, and one complimentary registration per 100 sq. ft.    Additional booth personnel badges may be purchased: $450 member / $550 non-member.  Exhibitor badges allow access to all meetings and social events outside the Exhibit Hall.  Registration information will be posted on SMC's website in April/May 2018. 

 

NOTE: Booth space will be carpeted.

Payment
Full payment is due with all contracts.

Products To Be Exhibited: Exhibitor hereby designates the products listed on the previous page as those which shall be displayed or demonstrated and agrees to notify ATA in writing of any changes prior to Exhibition.

Note:  You’ll now need to electronically sign and submit.  Once you click on the Sign and Submit button below, you will click on the yellow “Start” flag that will appear on the lower left hand side of your screen. A signature box will come up. Please type in your full name and hit apply.  You will then need to enter in your email address and hit the blue button “Click to Sign” at lower right hand side of your screen.  ATA SMC/TSC will receive a PDF copy of your contract.  You will receive an email from Adobe Sign (echosign@echosign.com) asking you to verify your email address.  Once you’ve done that, you’ll receive a PDF copy of your contract that will contain a Payment Page.  Please print and fill out this page and fax back to 703-838-1774 or scan and email to jtaylor@trucking.org.
